Para Badminton Liaison Officer
To provide clerical support and acting as first point of contact for Para Badminton National & Development Squad Members. You will have an individual responsibility for keeping an up to date records of squad fees and keeping track of entries, accommodation & flights for squad members entering international Para Badminton tournaments.

This can be done from home. Occasional meetings required and all subsistence costs will be paid for by us. Have the opportunity to meet and work with amazing, talented players.
Under the direction and supervision of BADMINTONscotland staff you may be required to undertake any of the following tasks. It is not intended as a complete list of tasks and you may be required to assist in other areas.
? Record and maintain accurate records of payments made by Para Badminton Squad members in respect of squad fees for the season 2017/18.
? Send out reminders to squad members of outstanding balances for squad fees.
? Report outstanding balances to BADMINTONscotland staff.
? Provide an effective and customer focused enquiry service for all Para Badminton Squad members, their families and coaches as required.
? Act as a liaison between Para Badminton Squad members, BADMINTONscotland staff and Scottish Disability Sport staff.
? Ensure that entries and entry fees are sent to BWF prior to closing date in respect of Para Badminton Internationals where Scottish players are participating.
